SFBMC FORT DERUSSY, HAWAII
Our Origins
The Special Forces Brotherhood Motorcycle Club (SFBMC) — a recognized 501(c)(19) veteran nonprofit organization — was founded on September 9, 2006, by 11 active-duty and retired Special Forces Soldiers at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, the Home of the Airborne and Special Operations Forces.
Born from a shared bond of service, sacrifice, and the love of the open road, the SFBMC was created to preserve the brotherhood, traditions, and spirit of the U.S. Army Special Forces Regiment long after the uniform comes off.
The Original 11
Our “Original 11” were graduates of the Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC) at “Pineland University,” Camp Mackall, North Carolina.
These Green Berets shared a vision — to create a motorcycle club for active and retired “snake eaters” of the Special Forces Regiment who love to ride and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow warriors.
From that vision, the Special Forces Brotherhood Motorcycle Club (SFBMC) was born — a brotherhood dedicated to:
Preserving the esprit de corps of the Special Forces Regiment
Recognizing those who have served and continue to serve
Honoring our fallen comrades and supporting their families
Preserving the history and traditions of our Brotherhood
Their founding spirit continues to guide everything we do today — a living testament to the strength, loyalty, and unity of the Green Beret Brotherhood.
Our Charter
Since our inception, the Special Forces Brotherhood Motorcycle Club (SFBMC) has grown into a nationwide network of Green Beret riders dedicated to service, brotherhood, and remembrance.

Founded on December 7, 2018, the Fort DeRussy, Hawaii Charter proudly represents the SFBMC in the Pacific.
We are a Green Beret, non-territorial, traditional motorcycle club (MC) comprised of current and former “Keaka Koa” — Warriors of the Special Forces Regiment.
Built on the principle of “Respect Earned – Respect Given,” our brotherhood shares a passion for riding, camaraderie, and service to those in need.
Located on Oahu, the “Gathering Place,” we stand ready to serve the Regiment and welcome fellow Green Berets who wish to join a club of like-minded warriors — or simply reconnect with their brothers in arms.
Our Commitment
Our Charter is dedicated to kōkua (helping) our Kupuna (elders), ʻOhana (families), kamaʻāina (local residents), and the Special Operations community.
We strive to uplift our brothers and their families, providing steadfast support to the loved ones of those Green Berets who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Through service, respect, and brotherhood — we honor their memory and continue their mission.
Follow Along
We invite you to follow our journey as we grow, serve, and ride in support of our communities. Join us at our events — where a great time meets a great cause — all carried out with the Aloha spirit and a heart of kōkua (helping others).
Whether you arrive on two wheels, four wheels, a surfboard, or a canoe, you’re part of the mission. Because in the end, the cause is what truly matters.
Stay connected, support our efforts, and ride with us in spirit as we continue to honor our brothers and serve those in need.
